So, as you all know me by now. Im not shy to push the benefits of exercise. This time, it's the positive impact on the brain.



So, exercise from a older adults perspective can help with the prevention of neurovascular diseases, including stroke and dementia. These positive effects aren't just exclusive to the older adult, and has a positive effect on the adolescent brain.
