MEET SCOTT
I have always been very passionate about health and fitness, and my fitness journey, starting as a keen runner played a big part in why I decided to become a Personal Trainer. Helping each of my clients on their health and fitness journey, whatever their goal, is something I love to do. From general fitness goals, weight loss, injury rehab, running, endurance events, or to tone and strengthen, I enjoy all aspects and my one aim is to make it a fun, enjoyable and motivating experience.

I am now a keen Triathlete, competing at home and abroad in middle-distance (half Ironman) Triathlons. I race regularly as a Team GB Age Grouper and have also been to the 70.3 World Ironman Champs, lining up with the world's best! My passion for competing and training means I understand what it takes to plan and prepare for all types of fitness goals. I am also a great advocate for continuous learning and always keep my skills refreshed. My own experience and knowledge are key to enabling me to enhance my client's training experience and maximising their results

Private Studio and any other mutually convenient outdoor/indoor location.

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8am to 8pm
SATURDAY 8am to 12:30pm
